Premium
quality:
This reference has high PTFE
impregnation, an extra-smooth surface giving it the
best non-stick qualities, low porosity and high mechanical
resistance.
Standard
quality:
This reference has the principal
advantages of PTFE-coated glass fabrics: non-stick
properties, temperature resistance and mechanical
strength. It is the most commonly used reference in
most applications.
Economical quality:
This reference is produced with
standard glass fabric but with less PTFE impregnation.
Mechanical
quality :
This reference is produced with glass fabric with
great mechanical resistance but low PTFE content. |
Open
mesh fabrics:
These references can be offered
with 1 x 1 mm to 5 x 5 mm mesh openings. They are
generally used in the production of conveyor belts
for cooking or drying in industry.
Porous
fabrics:
This quality is made of glass
fabric with open structures coated with PTFE, providing
controlled porosity.
Dielectric
quality:
This reference is very heavily
coated with PTFE, is very smooth and has excellent
dielectric properties. |
Laminated
fabrics:
This reference, made of laminated multiple layers,
was specially designed for cooking fat products in
the food industry. |
Grease
and tear resistant fabrics:
Special treatment increases flexibility and tear resistance
in these references. |
Heavy
thickness fabrics:
These fabrics are mainly used
for producing large-sized conveyor belts and/or those
carrying heavy loads requiring high mechanical resistance.
